Our strategy is two-pronged:
 
1.To provide consultancy services to NGOs and Donors to improve the effectiveness of their work ensuring their dollars go further and make lasting changes.
 
2.To work directly with community based organisations to ensure they develop sound programmes, access resources to implement programmes and maintain a level of transparency that will encourage further support to Zimbabwean community initiatives.
