Facilitation of Project Development and Reviews
We offer a facilitation services that emphasises ownership by the client and broad participation. We bring to each process the relevant tools and software to improve visualisation, effectiveness and the turnaround time for final reports.
With sound knowledge across a number of areas we can ensure projects are rights-based, results-oriented and mainstream gender, HIV and AIDS, environmental concerns, and youth issues.
Evaluations and Performance Reviews
We undertake evaluations and programme performance reviews. We have varied evaluation experience ranging from local to regional projects, and from non-governmental organisation projects to donor programmes. Our evaluations utilise OECD criteria (relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability); specific thematic concerns (gender, youth, HIV and AIDS, and environment); and the added criteria of replication.
Capacity Assessments and Organisational Development
We undertake organisational capacity assessments and provide organisational development support. Our approach emphasises participation. We promote the use of self-assessment tools and benchmarking to facilitate continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning Support
We facilitate strategic planning. We bring to strategic planning a wealth of knowledge of tools, keen awareness of trends, and a drive towards innovation. Our expertise in strategic planning has been utilised by international development organisations, funding agencies and national non-governmental organisations.
